A good size utility room has a separate washer and dryer and room for lots of storage. The kitchen features tonnes of cabinet space and stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove and side-by-side refrigerator. There is also an eating area adjacent to the kitchen.
Parking is available in the protected garage underneath the building, which is a pretty unique feature of Ohio University student housing this close to Court Street. The building has a sprinkler system for fire safety.
The video shows apt D which is the same as Apt A except that A does not have a 3rd floor.
