Our apartment building at 33 Fern is only one block from Court Street and just 3 blocks from OU campus green. This 5-bedroom luxury rental unit has real hardwood floors throughout, and ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. It has 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, so no more fighting over mirror and shower time. 

 

The bedrooms are all big enough for bedroom furniture and a study area, and the open floorplan in the living room and kitchen makes spending time together as housemates a comfy experience. To your right, you’ll see OU’s sort-of-Greek row, a chunk of E State that gets you to Mill Street in no time.
