It has 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath, so no more fighting over mirror and shower time.
The bedrooms are all big enough for bedroom furniture and a study area, and the open floorplan in the living room and kitchen makes spending time together as housemates a comfy experience. A good size utility room has a separate washer and dryer and room for lots of storage.
