What makes it luxury? Well, you’ve got an entire separate utility room with a washer and dryer, plus extra room for storage. The kitchen has a tonne of cabinet space (it is a 5-person student rental after all) and all stainless steel appliances - including a dishwasher. There is also an eating area adjacent to the kitchen, which also makes a great space for studying or working on a project for class.
There is a protected garage underneath the building for tenants who would like to rent secure, sheltered parking spaces for their lease term, which, not to brag, is definitely something special when your apartment is this close to uptown and campus. What’s the neighborhood like?
This little nook of a neighborhood is a mix of a lot of things. As a shortcut road between State and Court, Fern Street is mostly different kinds of student rentals. If you’re walking out of this apartment building, you can see North End Kitchen & Bar on Court Street to your left – that’s how close you are. To your right, you’ll see OU’s sort-of-Greek row, a chunk of E State that gets you to Mill Street in no time.
