This super-nice rental home has 5 bedrooms and 2 baths; extremely convenient for OU students, as it's less than one block from Court St. This off-campus house has everything: outdoor space – the front porch is great for nice days and warm weekend nights; a washer and dryer – meaning no hauling laundry up and down Stimson; and central AC – because Summer semester is… hard sometimes.
The large kitchen in this cool student rental house has just been redone with a washer and dryer, dishwasher, new cabinets and countertops, and all new appliances. All the bedrooms are good size, especially the newly-built attic bedroom, which is enormous, has a skylight, and has a large walk-in closet. You might fight about that one.
You and your roommates are responsible for all utilities. Off-campus parking is available in our lot across the street for only $33 per month. Security Deposit for this feature-packed 5-bed, 2-bath uptown Athens housing is $500 per bedroom. Sorry, no pets allowed.

Franklin Ave is a cool vibe – a hybrid of young families, established homes and student rentals. This rental house is one house over from the corner of Franklin and Carpenter – look to your right and you can see the armory, which is the entrance to uptown and the start of Court Street. This is a great neighborhood for active lifestyles, as this section of Franklin is mostly housing for OU students.
