12 N Congress St Apt 2
This 3 bedroom apartment is awesome. It’s at one of the best locations in town – just a few seconds’ walk to Court Street, and another minute or two to OU’s campus. With tonnes of amenities and super-recent renovations, your parents will remember their old college apartments and be jealous of how much better this is than that. They might even ask to stay with you instead of an hotel for Ohio University’s Parents’ Weekend.
The kitchen in this three-bed, one-bath uptown student rental has just been totally renovated with a dishwasher, ceramic tile floor, bright white cabinets, and new counter tops. The bathroom has also been redone with a cast iron porcelain tub and tiled tub surround. There’s central AC and hardwood floors. We’re talking renovations so recent you’ll feel like this apartment was finished just for you.
Out the back door is a deck with stairs going down to an alley that empties onto Court Street, with Donkey Coffee right across the street. That means super-short walks to and from the bars uptown, which isn’t only convenient, but safe for all the roommates. It also means you’re just moments from that latte with an extra espresso shot to make up for it the next morning.
This attractive apartment also has access to a shared laundry room with 2 washers and dryers. Designated paid parking is available to our tenants for only $35 per month in one of our parking lots, or if our parking is all rented, The Athens Station Apts. rents parking for $204 a semester just a few blocks away. We pay city utilities, so you only need to deal with electric, gas and internet. Sorry, no pets allowed.
Note: The video in the slideshow is of Apt 5, which is nearly identical.

What’s the neighborhood like?
This three bedroom apartment is truly inside the uptown neighborhood. You’re surrounded by student rentals and just a few seconds from Court Street around the corner, and you basically share a backyard with Lucky’s uptown! Just around the corner from W Washington and across the street from Bromley, this section of the street is like a little micro-community in the warmer months, because it’s close to campus, too.
