14 N Congress St
This 3-bedroom rental home for OU students is in a fantastic location that’s probably a less-than-30-second walk from Court Street! This rental building is an historic part of uptown Athens that’s now a lively spot to set up you and your friends’ off-campus home base.
This three-bedroom unit is big on space (pun intended), including outdoor space and a view of Court Street off the back deck. Two of the bedrooms are large, but the third is enormous. The big eat-in kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, a microwave and a dishwasher. There are two full bathrooms (that are also huge) and a basement for storage.
Another thing to consider about this awesome uptown apartment is that occupancy allows 4 people to live here even though there’s only 3 bedrooms. However, we still only charge for the number of bedrooms, so adding a fourth person to your lease costs exactly $0.
The perfect solution for friends who want to live together right uptown but still have their own quiet spaces, what’s more “Athens” than renting a converted historic building right around the corner from Court Street?
This OU student housing has AC, and it also has a washer and a dryer! Parking is available around the corner for $204 a semester. Sorry, no pets allowed.
What’s the neighborhood like?
This three bedroom unit is truly inside the uptown neighborhood. You’re surrounded by student rentals and just a few seconds from Court Street around the corner, and you basically share a backyard with Lucky’s uptown! Tucked just off the corner of Congress and W Washington, this section of the street is like a little micro-community in the warmer months, because it’s close to campus, too.
