This three bedroom uptown Athens apartment is a crowd favorite, and for good reason. A Hot Springs 5 person hot tub sits on a deck overlooking Court Street. The living room and hall of this OU student rental unit have real ¾ inch red oak hardwood floors and recessed can lighting. The kitchen has a built-in restaurant booth, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, porcelain tile floor, and really nice maple cabinets with a huge pantry cabinet.

This 3-bedroom apartment also sports two bathrooms with ceramic tile floor and tub surrounds, and Kohler cast iron porcelain tubs, and you’ve got your own laundry room with a washer and dryer. The bedrooms have super plush carpet, large lighted closets including a walk-in closet. A high efficiency heat pump provides central air conditioning and heating.

You cannot physically live closer to OU campus and Court Street and at the same time have all these awesome amenities (especially the hot tub), which explains why this apartment, and all the units in our rental housing at 20 N Congress, lease at least a year or more ahead of time.

Long-term uptown parking is available around the corner for $204 per semester. Security deposit is $700 per person. Sorry, no pets allowed. Don’t sleep on this one – take a look at our sample lease and inquire with the office to get started!'

Note: Included in the slideshow above is a video of Apt 6, which is identical to Apt 3 except the view is a bit different.

What’s the neighborhood like?

This three bedroom apartment is truly inside the uptown neighborhood. You’re surrounded by student rentals and just a few seconds from Court Street around the corner, and you basically share a backyard with Lucky’s uptown! Just around the corner from W Washington and across the street from Bromley, this section of the street is like a little micro-community in the warmer months, because it’s close to campus, too.

3 words to describe this neighborhood: fun, active, central

What’s this rental building close to?

This place is close to everything uptown, making social life and university life compatible and convenient:

  • Fluff Bakery: local desserts/café/lunch spot
  • Hangover Easy: vintage diner
  • Salaam: Mediterranean fusion restaurant

Distance to Court Street: .1 mi, 2 min walk (less if you take the alley!)

Distance to campus: .2 mi, 4 min walk
