This student rental house is located in the heart of Athens, Ohio, very near to Ohio University’s campus.

It boasts a fantastic location just a block from Court Street, and it even has a front porch! This 4-bedroom rental house is directly next to the corner house on E Carpenter, which is also a KPR student rental home. 

The large kitchen in this off-campus house that’s a (literal) stone’s throw from Court St has been renovated with brand new cabinets and countertops, dishwasher, microwave, and Italian porcelain tile floor; and there is also an attached breakfast nook big enough for a table and chairs. The bathroom has been totally renovated with a Kohler cast Iron porcelain tub and ceramic tiled tub surround and floor. The bedrooms are large with plush carpet. 

Let’s talk about amenities and utilities: There’s a washer and dryer in the basement of this uptown rental house, which means no lugging laundry baskets up and down Stimson. The furnace is new (read: way more energy-efficient) and the windows are thermopane replacements. We recently installed central air, so even the upstairs bedrooms can stay nice and cool in the dead of August. KPR has a parking lot across the street, where we rent parking spaces to our tenants for only $33 per month.
