This is a new, high-quality apartment building only one block from Court St. It has real hardwood floors throughout and ceramic tile in the bathrooms and kitchen. This 5-bedroom student off-campus rental unit has 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bath.

A good size utility room has a separate washer and dryer and room for lots of storage. The kitchen has a lot of cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, stove and side-by-side refrigerator. There is also an eating area adjacent to the kitchen.

Parking is available in the protected garage underneath the building, which is basically unheard of in Athens uptown apartments. The building is also equipped with a sprinkler system for fire safety. The video shows Apt D, as every rental unit in this building was laid out and built the same.

What’s the neighborhood like?

This little nook of a neighborhood is a mix of a lot of things. As a shortcut road between State and Court, Fern Street is mostly different kinds of student rentals. If you’re walking out of this apartment building, you can see North End Kitchen & Bar on Court Street to your left – that’s how close you are. To your right, you’ll see OU’s sort-of-Greek row, a chunk of E State that gets you to Mill Street in no time.

3 words to describe this neighborhood: central, active, convenient
