If you have an emergency after hours, email and call Michael Kleinman, the owner, at his home (740-592-5979). If this is something that absolutely needs to be dealt with immediately and cannot wait until morning, you may call in the middle of the night.
Unless you specify that you would like to set up a specific time for the service visit, we will not call you back; we’ll just send someone over to fix the problem as soon as possible.
